Our Leadership Team

Dr. Tom Young is a board-certified family physician with more than 35 years of medical experience. He is responsible for working with the Proem team of software technology experts, our customers and our partners to ensure clinical best practices are incorporated into everything we do. Tom is a recognized thought leader in consumer-directed healthcare and population health management and can often be found speaking at behavioral health industry events. Tom lives in Boise, ID, with his wife.

John Letter is an experienced healthcare executive serving most recently as the President and COO of a successful population health company in the sleep health space. John works tirelessly to help teams achieve sustainable growth while over-delivering on customer promises each day. At Proem, John is responsible for overall strategic direction, working alongside an incredible team focused on building digital health tools to help providers get the right answers, diagnoses and outcomes for their patients the first time. John and his wife reside in Atlanta and have two grown children.

Libby Dodson is a senior executive with extensive experience leading agile technology teams that meet the business and technological goals for both Fortune 100 enterprises and startups. She is responsible for Proem’s product development and strategy and is passionate about building scalable systems that leverage the latest technology trends to help solve current behavioral health issues. Libby lives in Atlanta with her family.

Eric Bertelson brings 30+ years of healthcare and healthcare IT experience in the acute behavioral health and social services settings. His professional experience includes customer success, project management, software implementation, business process optimization and clinician adoption. As a management consultant, Eric has led teams of clinicians during post go-live EMR/EHR optimization, clinical content development and Meaningful Use readiness. Eric received an undergraduate degree from Georgia State University in Psychology. He lives outside of Atlanta with his wife and daughters.

Holly Wilson has held a variety of positions in Marketing, Product Marketing and Management, and Corporate Communications during her 20+ year career in healthcare IT at large and mid-size companies including McKesson and Surgical Information Systems. She is responsible for all aspects of Marketing at Proem, including building the brand and creating demand for the company’s solutions. Holly is a graduate of the University of Florida and lives in Lakeland, FL with her husband.
